Are your daily challenges and the current events of this world driving you up the wall?  Join the club!  Wherever you look, there\u2019s madness in the world.  People are beginning to break under the pressure.  Many people are taking drugs or drinking to ease the pain they feel, but nothing seems to fill that hole.  But there is something that can fill that empty space with so much love.  And the best part is that it is free!  I know you have been taught there is no such thing as a free lunch, but there is one thing that is totally free and it will change your life \u2013 the grace, understanding, love, and forgiveness that comes with having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  Now before you close the magazine, give me a moment to explain.  Most people think they have to give something of their life away, but that is not true.  Once you begin to seek Him, you will find Him and understand.  How many of you have met a person with totally unconditional love?  Many of us have in Jesus, as He came down to earth to save mankind and pay for all our sins.  God came down to earth as Jesus and lived His life peacefully until His 30th year.  The last three years of His life Jesus began his ministry on earth.  He went about the Holy Land preaching and teaching about the Kingdom of God.  When the end of his time on earth came, He had to finish the task and pay for the sins of everyone on earth \u2013 past, present, and future.  He would be beaten, whipped, and hung on a cross, one of the most horrendous ways to die.  God the Father turned away from Jesus at that moment because he was covered in all our sins.  But there is more to this story.  To prove that He was the Lord, Jesus died by crucifixion, was buried, and rose from the grave on the third day (Easter Sunday).  There is no grave on this earth that can hold our Lord!  The price for our sins was paid.  A high price to pay, indeed, but an even higher love for mankind (which includes you).  Sounds incredible?  Unbelievable?  A great fable?  Well, here is your chance to seek the truth.  Grab that Bible in your hotel or motel nightstand and begin to read.  You will be amazed at how the words speak to you, personally.  Jesus Christ is the truth, the life, and the way, and His love will comfort you and never leave you.  The knowledge you gain will show you that Easter is not really about the Easter bunny or decorated eggs, it is about your salvation.  And that is a big deal!  My wish for you this holiday is that you find that love and become a new person in Christ.  Happy Easter to you all!!<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
